They open Kindsay, sign in with their own account and accept. No card, nothing to pay.

Same call, same speaker, each on your own phone. Each of you gets your own corrections and your own report after the call.
Nobody's watching you get it wrong.There's no camera and no class. Just a speaker who keeps the conversation going, and the one person you chose to learn with.
Every plan has a free seat for a friend
Your first 5 minutes are free. After that you pay for the hours, and the second person comes with them.
The hours belong to the plan and are shared: a call you take together uses its minutes once. A private teacher typically costs around €25 an hour, for one person.

How does the free seat work?
Every plan covers two people. On your Profile page, type your friend's email. The invite waits for them in Kindsay, and if they don't have an account yet, it's there when they sign up. They accept with their own account, pay nothing, join your calls from their own phone, and get their own corrections and their own progress report.
Does my friend get their own hours?
No, the hours belong to the plan and you share them. When you talk together, the call's minutes come off the plan once, not twice. That's why two people on the 8-hour plan works out at €0.75 an hour each.
Can my friend see my progress?
Yes. Partners can see each other's progress and corrections, so invite someone you're happy to learn with. You can remove a partner from your Profile page at any time.
Is it an app?
It works in the browser on your phone or computer. There's nothing to install.
How is this different from ChatGPT voice?
Kindsay is built for practice: a speaker plays a role in a real situation, keeps the conversation going, and corrects your English as you speak, with a short reason. After the call you get what to fix next.
What level do we need?
Enough to hold a simple conversation: the levels run from B1 to C2. You and your friend don't need the same level, and each of you is corrected on what you said.
Is my voice recorded?
No. While you talk, the audio goes straight to our speech-to-text provider and becomes text. No audio file is ever saved. You can delete your account, and everything with it, from Profile → Delete account.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Every new account starts with 5 free minutes, no card needed. Use them within 30 days, then pick a plan if you'd like more.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your Profile page. The plan runs until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
